I have had this blog post sitting in my draft folder for the past two weeks because Ive been thinking about what to write. I wanted to write something genuine and heartfelt without sounding like a crazy stalker. So … I’ll keep it brief and to the point. Well, Ill try …
It was so lovely to meet Aden Mc Entee and to take a few photos of this andsome dude with his family. Aden is the third little boy welcomed into this house and he is in good company as the Mc Entee boys are just the cutest. I can only imagine the excitement there will be in this house in years to come when the interest in sport really kicks in, when football boots are in football bags (or at the back door as in most houses) and when monaghan are playing in the championship. It is going to be good fun and it’s so lovely the brothers have each other to share all things boys related. This little man was a delight to photograph and I hope I get to stalk him for many years to come 🙂
Aden’s mammy is one of my very good friends and I honestly don’t know how I would have gotten through the last two years without her support. Since we lost our little Saorlatih, Brenda has been there for me . . . on good days, on hard days and on quiet days. Those little “thinking of you . . . hope you are well . . . don’t feel the need to reply” text messages were everything that my mammy heart needed over the last year. I’m so grateful for her support and friendship and for her remembering our little girl. I have learned so much about how to love a friend by following Brenda’s example and I hope I’ll be able to support her in years to come too. It was lovely to be able to do something teeny tiny for Brenda in return. I got to take photos of your newest little arrival . . . Mr Aden Mc Entee.
