Kristina & Eunan’s wedding was a beautiful family affair that started in the rolling hills of Threemilehouse in Co Monaghan and finished in the gorgeous surroundings of the Farnham Estate in Co Cavan. On the wedding morning, both houses were buzzing with nervous excitement. The sort of excitement that has everybody grinning from ear to ear whilst still asking . . . “what time is it now” . . . and “should we get into our dresses?”. I love the calmness of wedding preparations whilst everyone knows there is something very very exciting just about to kick off in a few hours time.
In Kristina’s house, Ellamay was busy painting some beautiful faces whilst Denise was getting all the locks twisted and curled to perfection. Kristina was chit chatting away the whole morning without a flicker of stress. I skipped across the parish to the Mc Entee homestead to capture some of the boy’s preparations. The Mc Entee household was filled with brothers grabbing some breakfast, gelling hairs and dressing the Paige boys. Again . . . everything seemed to be very under control. Eunan was cool as you like and happy to engage in a bit of brotherly joking around.
To nobody surprise, Kristina looked knockout gorgeous in her elegant wedding dress. If you have’t seen her wedding shoes yet . . . wait until you get a peak of these bad boys. Ted Baker does very little wrong . . . and these shoes were exquisite! Following a few last minute applications of lipstick and a few family snaps, we tipped down the road to Threemilehouse village for the wedding ceremony. This wedding mass was so special and I was tapping my foot the whole way through, as the music was amazing. I’m a sucker for good music, and this wedding had the most beautiful music playing the whole way through. I had already told you how stunning Kristina looked, and Eunan scrubbed up mighty fine too. Having said that though, their little son; Iarlaith stole the show. Wait until you see the cuteness of this little dude! The raven hair . . . the black tie suit and those rosy cheeks. He is adorable!
After the ceremony, the wedding guests grabbed some lite bites from Blasta, and then headed over the road to Farnham Estate. Weddings in Farnham Estate are always a delight to photograph, as I am spoilt for choice with the photographic options. The little brain is in overdrive when I get to this venue. It’s so pretty. We captured some pretty moments in the grounds of the Estate before embracing the very welcome warmth of the indoors also :). Don’t let the photos fool you . . . it was a crisp day and Kristina, Eunan and their wedding party did so well to brace those strong winds for the photos.
Kristina & Eunan are the most gorgeous couple and they obviously think the world of each other. Their speeches were filled with love and gratitude for each other and their families. They were a joy to work with and I was the luckiest girl to get to photograph their beautiful day 🙂
I think I have told you enough about this gorgeous wedding day . . . but don’t take my word for it . . . scroll down to have a look. You are going to see lots of the following; A seriously stylish wedding couple . . . Very happy wedding guests . . . Some ambitious shapes being thrown on the dance floor 😉 . . . and Iarlaith. Have I mentioned this cuteness already :). You will get a peep at the cutest little dude in a wedding suit. Promise 🙂
Oh and before I forget . . . Kristina had an evening wedding dress that was “wow”! Wait until you see . .
Enjoy x
