Sam is the third little man to grace the Coyle household and what a relaxed little man he is. I’m always so happy when we manage to schedule a newborn shoot so close to the baby’s birth. This little man was just fresh into this world when I photographed him a little while ago. We had him in every pose you can think of, and it didn’t bother him one bit. The only thing that kept me from spending another 2 hours photographing him was loosing the natural light and Clontibret’s football practise 🙂 Sam has two handsome older brothers who also happen to love their football. I come from a football loving house and totally understand how important football is to little boys … and big boys too, of course 😉
Emma has this whole “mammy to boys” thing nailed down and I know for sure that I was not as calm or collected so soon after my the birth of my babies. I love nothing more than photographing a new mother with her little baby and photographing Emma & Sam was effortless. That bond is especially beautiful in front of the camera. It’s hard to describe but I see it in the photo of them cuddling in close, mammy sweeping a lash off his cheek, kissing his nose, and stroking his neck. Is there anything better in the whole entire world?? Nope . . . I don’t think so!
Daddies have to work but next time we will get Daddy in the shot too 😉
